01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the qe333 website accessible at qe333.io, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and related services offered thereon.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to qe333 and its operating entity responsible for the platform.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the qe333 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a player on the platform, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a player's account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional or bonus credit granted to a player's account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity listed in Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the official time zone of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on qe333, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that they also satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

qe333 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on qe333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qe333 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, trusts, and entities are not eligible to register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of qe333 or any affiliated entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on the platform. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from the qe333 platform or be subject to any cooling-off period you have requested.

qe333 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

04 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money betting and gaming products on qe333, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. qe333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify qe333 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. qe333 support staff will never ask you for your account password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

qe333 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change to account information. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by qe333 may be suspended.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

qe333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made using local payment methods.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to the player's account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. qe333 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or mobile banking network issues outside our control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. qe333 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. Withdrawals may be delayed or held pending identity verification, compliance review, or investigation into potential prohibited conduct.

Bonus Funds: Bonus funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Only real-money balance that exceeds any active bonus wagering obligation is available for withdrawal at any given time.

• qe333 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals will only be approved to accounts that have been fully KYC-verified.
• qe333 reserves the right to set maximum withdrawal limits per day, per week, or per transaction, which will be communicated within the account dashboard.
• Any funds deposited and not wagered may be subject to an administration review before withdrawal if qe333 reasonably suspects the account is being used for purposes other than genuine gaming activity.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

qe333 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotional offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General conditions that apply to all qe333 bonuses unless the offer-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Welcome bonuses may be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonus funds that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from the account without compensation.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on qe333 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you agree to the rules of that product as published on the platform.

Sports Betting: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and vary by sport, league, and event. qe333 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, qe333's decision, reached after reviewing available evidence including official match data and provider feeds, shall be final.

Casino Games: All casino games on the qe333 platform are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and others. The random number generators (RNGs) used in these games are independently certified. qe333 does not control the outcome of any game — results are determined solely by the provider's certified RNG or live dealer dealing.

Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects a game or bet, qe333 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance. No compensation will be paid for alleged lost winnings resulting from a technical fault beyond qe333's control.

Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. qe333's decision on all disputes is final, subject to any applicable statutory rights.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qe333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's games or systems. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected bug are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity, or using the platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to qe333. Any account found to have initiated a chargeback will be immediately suspended and the disputed amount will be treated as a debt owed to qe333.
• Abusing bonus offers through coordinated multi-account play, matched betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other method that exploits promotional terms in bad faith.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing qe333 staff or other platform users.

09 Responsible Gaming

qe333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all eligible players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable recreational activity. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we provide tools and support to help players stay in control.

Every qe333 account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost and without delay:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software.

Any unauthorised use of qe333's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qe333 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered thereon, for any reason including technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, prices, or game information displayed on the platform, provided that reasonable steps have been taken to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Any delay or failure in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by a third-party payment provider.

qe333's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

qe333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• We have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in or attempted to engage in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months or more.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Continuing to operate your account would expose qe333 to legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.

In the event of account termination for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, any real-money balance in your account at the time of termination (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance will be returned after deducting any applicable withdrawal processing time.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

qe333 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
